Pay Monthly E-Commerce Website Package Terms and Conditions
This Pay Monthly E-Commerce Website Package Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Whiteski Digital Ltd (“Whiteski Digital”) and you the Client (“Client”) upon enrollment in the Pay Monthly E-Commerce Website Package.
1. Scope of Service: a. Whiteski Digital agrees to provide the Client with a professionally built e-commerce website as described on the product page. b. The package includes essential features such as up to 6 pages, integration for bookings, up to 10 products, and training on managing stock.
2. Monthly Cost: a. The Client agrees to pay a monthly fee of £349+VAT for the Pay Monthly E-Commerce Website Package. b. Hosting is provided free for the duration of the package, subject to the website not exceeding 2GB.
3. Starter SEO Package: a. Whiteski Digital includes a Starter SEO Package (worth £500) which encompasses tagging all pages, indexing the website into Google, designing a local landing page, and optimising page loading times.
4. Monthly Support: a. The package includes 30 minutes of updates per month, allowing the Client to add new images, content, and small updates to the website regularly. b. No additional charges will apply for the maintenance and management of the website during the term of this agreement.
5. Duration and Termination: a. This agreement runs on a monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. b. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services provided up to the termination date.
6. Client Responsibilities: a. The Client is responsible for providing any necessary content, images, or materials required for the website. b. The Client agrees to promptly review and provide feedback on any designs or updates provided by Whiteski Digital.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property: a. Upon full payment of all fees, the e-commerce website design and any associated intellectual property rights shall belong to the Client.
8. Liability: a. Whiteski Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the e-commerce website.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
