Standard Hosting Package Terms and Conditions
This Standard Hosting Package Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Whiteski Digital Ltd (“Whiteski Digital”) and you the Client (“Client”) upon enrollment in the Standard Hosting Package.
1. Scope of Service: a. Whiteski Digital agrees to provide the Client with standard hosting services as described on the product page. b. The package includes hosting services for the Client’s WordPress website with updates provided every 12 months.
2. Reliability and Hassle-Free Hosting: a. The hosting package offers reliable and hassle-free hosting, allowing the Client to focus on growing their business without worrying about technical details.
3. Updates: a. Updates to the hosting service will be provided annually to ensure optimal performance and security of the Client’s website.
4. Duration and Termination: a. This agreement runs on an annual basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. b. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services provided up to the termination date.
5. Client Responsibilities: a. The Client is responsible for ensuring their WordPress website complies with all applicable laws and regulations. b. The Client agrees to promptly report any technical issues or concerns to Whiteski Digital for resolution.
6. Liability: a. Whiteski Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the hosting services provided. b. The Client acknowledges that Whiteski Digital’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
