The Brief
This project was for a Cyprus-based gardening and handyman business run by a single individual who had built an excellent reputation locally over many years purely through word of mouth and social media. Like many businesses in Cyprus, the client relied heavily on Facebook and quick message enquiries, however wanted to take the next step by creating a professional online presence that could open new opportunities and attract customers beyond their immediate network.
The goal of the website was to act as a true shop window for the business — allowing potential customers to properly learn about the services offered, understand the quality of work completed and build trust before making contact. This would help generate more serious enquiries, improve conversion quality and position the business to command better pricing and win more work long-term.

With very little supplied beyond a logo and direction around palm tree cutting being a core focus, Whiteski Digital took full creative control of the project and designed the entire website from the ground up.
Using green brand tones alongside imagery featuring the client himself, we created a highly personal and trustworthy online experience that immediately built connection with visitors. Dedicated pages were created for each service offered, supported by strong homepage sections explaining exactly what the business does and why customers should choose them.
The website included FAQs, “How It Works” sections, trust-building content, before and after sliders and galleries showcasing completed work. Images were sourced directly from the client’s social media channels and elevated into a far more professional presentation than anything else currently seen within the local market in Cyprus.
The final result was a clean, engaging and highly informative website that stands head and shoulders above competitors locally.

Web Development
The website was built entirely on WordPress using Elementor, giving the client a flexible and easy-to-manage platform moving forward. We also provided tutorials and support showing the client how to:
- Add and manage images
- Update website copy
- Add emails to mobile devices
Whiteski Digital now securely hosts the website with daily backups and ongoing support included, giving the client full peace of mind while they focus on running the business.

SEO
SEO was a vital part of this project due to the business wanting to reach new customers online outside of existing referrals and social media audiences. We completed:
- Local SEO optimisation for target Cyprus areas
- Meta headlines and descriptions across all pages
- Correct H tag structures
- FAQ optimisation with schema
- Sitemap creation and indexing into Google Search Console
- Google Analytics setup and integration
This ensured the website was positioned correctly from launch to begin building online visibility and attracting relevant local traffic.

Results
The client was genuinely lost for words after seeing the finished website and could not believe the transformation from relying solely on social media to having a premium online presence representing the business properly.
Most importantly, enquiries started arriving almost immediately from customers who otherwise would never have discovered the business. The website has already helped generate new work, more serious enquiries and stronger opportunities moving forward — exactly the outcome both the client and Whiteski Digital hoped to achieve.
