Premium Plus Hosting Package Terms and Conditions
This Premium Plus Hosting Package Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Whiteski Digital Ltd (“Whiteski Digital”) and you the Client (“Client”) upon enrollment in the Premium Plus Hosting Package.
1. Scope of Service: a. Whiteski Digital agrees to provide the Client with premium hosting services as described on the product page. b. The package includes comprehensive website maintenance support, monthly updates to themes and plugins, and 30 minutes of support each month for changes to content and images.
2. Page Loading Times Optimisation: a. Page loading times are optimised as standard to ensure optimal performance and user experience for website visitors.
3. Business Priority: a. This package is ideal for businesses prioritising website maintenance, engagement, and performance to enhance the user experience.
4. Advanced Features: a. Clients enjoy lightning-fast speeds, proactive monitoring, and personalised support to ensure their website operates at peak performance at all times. b. Advanced security measures are implemented to safeguard the website against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Duration and Termination: a. This agreement runs on a monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. b. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services provided up to the termination date.

7. Liability: a. Whiteski Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the hosting services provided. b. The Client acknowledges that Whiteski Digital’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
