This Premium Hosting Package Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into between Whiteski Digital Ltd (“Whiteski Digital”) and you the Client (“Client”) upon enrollment in the Premium Hosting Package.
1. Scope of Service: a. Whiteski Digital agrees to provide the Client with premium hosting services as described on the product page. b. The package includes monthly plugin updates, enhanced security measures with anti-spam software, and dedicated support for site security issues.
2. Enhanced Security Measures: a. Anti-spam software is added to the website to enhance security and prevent malicious activity. b. Dedicated support is provided to address any security concerns or login issues promptly.
3. Proactive Monitoring: a. The package includes proactive monitoring to detect and address any potential issues before they affect the website’s performance.
4. Personalized Assistance: a. Clients receive personalized assistance to ensure their website operates safely and securely at all times.
5. Duration and Termination: a. This agreement runs on a monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. b. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services provided up to the termination date.
6. Client Responsibilities: a. The Client is responsible for providing any necessary information or materials required for website security enhancements. b. The Client agrees to promptly report any security issues or concerns to Whiteski Digital for resolution.
7. Liability: a. Whiteski Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the hosting services provided. b. The Client acknowledges that Whiteski Digital’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
