Website Design Agreement Terms and Conditions for a Fully Charged Website in Epoxy (up to 6 pages)
This Website Design Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Whiteski Digital Ltd (“Whiteski Digital”) and you the Client (“Client”) upon purchase of a new website design package from Whiteski Digital’s website.
1. Scope of Work: a. Whiteski Digital agrees to design and develop a website for the Client according to the specifications outlined on the product page. b. The scope of the project may be discussed and agreed upon in person or via email if additional requirements are beyond what is outlined on the product page.
2. Payment: a. The total cost for the website design package is as displayed on the product page and shall be paid in full in advance. b. Whiteski Digital shall honor the price displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery: a. Upon receipt of payment, Whiteski Digital shall commence work on the website design project. b. Whiteski Digital will deliver the completed website to the Client within the timeframe specified on the product page.
4. Changes and Revisions: a. Client shall have 7 days after delivery of the website to provide any changes or revisions. b. Any changes or revisions requested after the specified timeframe may be subject to additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property: a. Upon full payment, the website design, including all intellectual property rights, shall belong to the Client. b. Until full payment is received, the website design remains the property of Whiteski Digital.
6. Warranty: a. Whiteski Digital warrants that the website design will be free from defects and will function according to the specifications outlined on the product page. b. Whiteski Digital shall provide reasonable support and maintenance for the website for a period of 7 days after delivery.
7. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations under the agreement. b. Upon termination, Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any payments already made.
8. Confidentiality: a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
