The Project Brief

Like many businesses, our own website had evolved over the years. Whilst it continued to generate enquiries and perform well, we recognised opportunities to improve the user journey, strengthen conversions and better reflect the direction Whiteski Digital has grown.

Rather than waiting until the website felt dated, we took the same advice we give our clients every day — continually improve.

The objective wasn’t to completely redesign the website, but to refine it. We wanted every page to work harder, communicate our services more clearly and showcase our growing experience across web design, SEO, AI and digital strategy.

Our focus was simple — improve the experience from the moment visitors arrive.

We completely reworked our hero sections, introducing stronger messaging, clearer calls to action and a much more conversion-focused layout. Rather than simply telling visitors what we do, we wanted to immediately demonstrate how we help businesses grow.

Across the website we introduced cleaner page layouts, improved navigation, stronger trust signals, new feature sections and clearer service explanations. We also showcased more of our portfolio, helping visitors quickly understand the quality and variety of projects we deliver.

Every design decision was made with one question in mind:

“Does this make it easier for a potential client to choose Whiteski Digital?”

WordPress Website Development

The refresh extended far beyond design.

We rebuilt page structures throughout the website, improving the way visitors move between services, case studies, blogs and contact opportunities. Forms were repositioned higher on pages, new review sections were introduced and user journeys simplified to reduce friction.

Mobile optimisation became a major focus throughout the project. Rather than simply shrinking desktop layouts, every section was reviewed specifically for mobile users, ensuring spacing, hierarchy and interaction felt natural across every device.

We also introduced new landing pages, review tools, homepage concepts and lead generation features to improve conversions and support future marketing campaigns.

SEO Foundations & Technical Optimmsation

SEO has always been built into everything we do, and our own website is no different.

During the refresh we reviewed every page from both a technical and content perspective. Internal linking was strengthened, page structures refined and metadata updated where required. We also introduced additional content designed around how people actually search for web design, SEO and digital marketing services today.

AI has also changed how businesses are discovered online.

As part of the refresh, we considered how our content would be interpreted not only by Google, but also by emerging AI platforms and search experiences. This future-focused approach ensures the website continues performing as search behaviour evolves.

The result is a stronger SEO foundation built to support long-term organic growth.

Although this wasn’t a complete rebuild, the impact has been significant.

The refreshed website better reflects the business we’ve become, showcasing our experience, portfolio and approach far more effectively. Visitors are presented with clearer messaging, improved navigation and stronger calls to action throughout the website.
